Accommodation

Outside, there is a sunny, enclosed, private courtyard garden. On the ground floor we have a spacious entrance hall, a double bedroom with a 5’ bed, and a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath (with folding shower screen).

The first floor is open plan; the lounge area has two sofas; the dining area has a solid wood dining table and there is a very well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything we think you will need; let us know if we missed anything!

Amenities: We have a fan oven with electric hob, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, toaster, microwave, Freesat television, DVD player, CD mini hifi, MP3 dock, dishwasher, washing machine, heated airer, hairdryer with diffuser, iron and ironing board, gas central heating and combi boiler for instant hot water.

Our lovely courtyard garden has a table and chairs, two loungers, a gas barbecue and a chiminea. There are outside lights for evening barbecues and drinks.

Bed linen provided. Towels not available.

Children over 2 are welcome, but please be advised that we have a low level window and an open staircase in the first floor living room. Sleeps up to 4, but it may be possible to accommodate 6 with two on a sofa bed in the living area, please contact us for more information..

Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets. There is one private parking place, and additional parking is easy to find on the street.
